Jason Ryan Dorsey, the Gen Y Guy, addresses organizations interested in innovative ways to connect, engage and lead people of different ages. In true Gen Y style, he entered this field completely by accident. At 18, he wrote a bestselling book, “Graduate to Your Perfect Job,” which led to speaking engagements at 2,000 events around the world, ranging from a few hundred executives to 13,000 people. Along the way, he gained a reputation for making tough audiences laugh and take notes.
