Meeting Incentives: Tampa, Rio Mar Beach

The InterContinental Tampa gives planners up to 500,000 Priority Club Meeting Reward points for every meeting booked by Oct. 31 and held by Dec. 30, 2011. Also, planners can earn up to 1 million bonus points for every meeting booked by Jan. 31, 2012 and conducted between Jan. 1 and March 31, 2012. Planners must be Priority Club Meeting Reward members prior to booking. Priority Club points can be used toward hotel nights, airline tickets, shopping, dining and more.

Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort and Spa’s “Complete Meeting Package” offers meeting planners a $55 per person nightly rate at the Puerto Rico destination until Dec. 31, 2011 and during the months of April, June, September and November of 2012. The rate includes the meeting room rental, breakfast and lunch at the resort, which has a 48,000-sq.-ft. oceanfront conference room.
