Andy Thoms
Co-founder, See.Spark.Go
Athens, Georgia
Age: 34
Georgia native Andy Thoms always followed his calling—whether it led him around the world or, ultimately, back home. In his first job after college with Crown Financial Ministries, he traveled the world helping establish foreign networks and programs. Later as college director of Johnson Ferry Baptist Church outside Atlanta, he traveled across the Southeast working with campus ministries. Thoms’ career path took a turn when he met future wife, Brittany (pictured with him), through the ministry. After helping plant a church in Acworth, Ga., the couple moved to Athens and launched See.Spark.Go in July 2007, leveraging Brittany’s public relations and marketing background and his teambuilding and networking skills. See.Spark.Go has grown into a preeminent media relations agency with clientele including Passion Conferences, Paul Anderson Ministries, Chick-fil-A Leadercast, Nike retail stores and the Wash Away Thirst philanthropic campaign. “We see [See.Spark.Go] as a launching pad for other people to launch their God-given desires and dreams,” Thoms says. The Thoms have two sons: 2-year-old Carson and 4-month-old Callan. —R. Hodges

“One of the greatest things is when we see the impact a story can have in the lives of our clients. As we tell great stories and see other people resonate with that story, that’s a win for us.”
