Planners holding their meetings at Eden Roc Renaissance in Miami Beach, Fla., on select dates in 2012 and 2013 can choose from a list of incentives based on the number of room nights booked. Visit Orlando has an incentive program for every 250 rooms booked on peak nights for a new 2013 or 2014 meeting. Meeting planners will receive complimentary airline tickets for a site inspection, and after the meeting is booked, planners can obtain a gift card or additional airline tickets at the event.
