Miami Airport Convention Center
The Miami Airport Convention Center recently underwent a $20 million redesign, making it the city’s second largest convention and exhibition facility. Next to Miami International Airport, the convention center is minutes from downtown and has 172,000 square feet of conference and trade show space, including a 29,000-sq.-ft. ballroom. During the renovation, a second-floor glass showcase for retail wholesalers was converted into a business conference center with two 8,000-sq.-ft. ballrooms and 40 breakout rooms. For attendee lodging, the adjacent DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Miami Airport and Convention Center has more than 300 newly renovated guest rooms.
