North Carolina meeting facility opens
The 40,000-sq.-ft. LeGrand Center in Shelby, N.C., is now open. The $20 million conference center is part of a new LEED Silver-certified, 89,000-sq.-ft. building located on the campus of Cleveland Community College, less than an hour from downtown Charlotte. Three executive conference rooms and six breakout spaces are part of the new conference center, which debuted last week with the American Legion World Series.
