What is Rejuvenate Marketplace?
Rejuvenate Marketplace is an innovative, appointment-only trade show designed specifically with faith-based meeting planners’ needs in mind. Our reverse trade show streamlines the planning process, saving time and money. We offer high-quality education from industry experts and plenty of networking opportunities to help you plan more effective and efficient events. Rejuvenate Marketplace is produced by Collinson Media and Events, a senior leader in the meetings, travel and tourism industry.
When is 2013 Rejuvenate Marketplace?
Rejuvenate Marketplace is Oct. 28-30, 2013, in Daytona Beach, Fla. All events will take place at the Ocean Center unless otherwise noted.
What if my questions are not answered here?
Leading up to Rejuvenate Marketplace, contact us here or ask us on Twitter or Facebook. At Marketplace, use social media or go to the supplier and planner information booths.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, mobile apps for iPhone and Android have the agenda, custom schedule-builder, education information and more. You also can contact fellow attendees directly from the app. Download the app for iPhone or Android, or search Rejuvenate Marketplace in your phone’s app store. Other smartphone users can access the mobile website at rejuvenatemarketplace.com/web.
When will you book my flight?
We will call you approximately four to six weeks prior to the conference to book your flight, and we will pay for a round-trip ticket from your departure destination of choice. We can’t guarantee you will be on the airline you want, but we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
I am a planner who is driving to the conference. Will I be reimbursed for my travel?
You will receive a pre-set transportation reimbursement when you check in at registration. We don’t cover parking expenses, so be prepared for this cost.

Planners Arriving in Orlando
When you arrive in Orlando, take the tram from the air side terminal to the land side terminal. Follow the signs to baggage claim on level two. Staff from Mears M&G will be at the bottom of the escalators in baggage claim holding Rejuvenate Marketplace signs. After retrieving your luggage, Mears M&G will transfer you to your hotel.
Departures will pick up from the south entrance of the Hilton Daytona Beach. Check the shuttle schedule for your departure time. Attendees leaving after Nov. 1 must schedule their own transportation. Please notify Mark Smith if you have any changes to your flight itinerary. Call Ortancis Gaines, Mears sales manager, at 407-421-4992 if you have problems locating staff.
Planners Arriving in Daytona Beach
Representatives from the Daytona Beach CVB and Travelynx holding Rejuvenate Marketplace signs will be at baggage claim. Contact Phyllis Arnold at 386-257-3283 if you have problems. Return shuttles to Daytona International Airport will load at Hilton South Tower. Check the schedule for your departure time.
During the Conference
On full conference days, shuttle service runs every 30 minutes from hotels that are not within walking distance. Shuttles will not run during Marketplace appointments. Shuttles will transfer attendees from the Ocean Center to the opening reception at Daytona International Speedway beginning at 5:45 p.m., and will make continuous return trips from the reception between 7:30 and 9:00 p.m.
Where will I be staying?
Your Marketplace coordinator will set up your reservation at the host hotel and you will receive confirmation of this reservation via email at least seven days before Marketplace. If you have not received a confirmation before this time, contact your coordinator or email@example.com.
Why does the hotel confirmation I received via email from my hotel have a rate on it (planners only)?
The email confirmation you received from your hotel might show a room rate, but attending as a planner, you will not be responsible for this charge. However, you will be asked to put down a credit card for incidentals when you check into your hotel. Incidentals are not covered by Rejuvenate Marketplace.
How do I rent a scooter?
Attendees can rent scooters through the following companies: Volusia Medical Supply, 591 Beville Rd., South Daytona, Fla., 386-756-2025; or America’s Mobility Solutions, 1873 N. Nova Rd., Holly Hill, Fla., 386-672-1990. Rejuvenate will no longer be providing these for attendees.
How do I register for the show?
Click here and register today. Your $200 registration fee is due when you register. This will be refunded to you at the end of the conference if you keep all of your appointments.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
If something comes up at the last minute and you need to cancel, we will provide a complete refund if we haven’t released appointment schedules and we haven’t already booked your airfare. The schedules are released approximately two weeks prior to show date. Please contact us here.
When will I get my $200 deposit back?
Planners who keep all their scheduled Marketplace appointments are eligible for refunds of their $200 registration fees. Refunds will be given to planners during breaks in Marketplace appointments on Wednesday afternoon.

What is a reverse trade show?
Our innovative system matches planners and suppliers for six-minute appointments based on their requests and additional factors. Planners sit in designated booths and suppliers have two minutes to travel between appointments. There are 44 time slots during the two, three-hour sessions. A chime signifies the beginning and end of each appointment.
When will the appointment portal open?
The appointment portal opens Oct. 9, the deadline to request appointments for planners and suppliers is Oct. 15 and attendees will receive their schedules Oct. 22.
How does the appointment process work?
Planners and suppliers will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org stating that the appointment request process is open one month before Marketplace begins. Mutual requests get priority, then planner requests, and then supplier requests. It is not a first-come, first-served process. As long as you complete your requests by the designated end date, your appointment selections will get the appropriate priority.
Which browser should I use?
For best results, use the Rejuvenate Marketplace Portal in either Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome browsers. Both are available to download for free. If you are still having difficulty processing your appointment requests after downloading Firefox or Chrome, contact us.
