Lancaster, Penn.

Thompson began his career as a group sales coordinator in South Carolina and has opened three facilities so far. That expertise, combined with his experience as a college baseball player, has blessed him with an abundance of perseverance, focus and appreciation for building strong partnerships among clients and the community.

Career accomplishments:
Thompson has worked tirelessly to grow his client roster and cultivate a practice of truly caring about clients and their concerns. “We celebrate our client partnerships and build on those best practices here,” says Thompson. He also has played an important role in helping to evolve the perception people have of Lancaster—from that of rural countryside to a deeper realization that Lancaster is also a friendly and walkable small city with a downtown seeped in important American history.

Rave review:
“Jacyn is a forward-thinking, engaged and genuine leader who has never taken his eye off how best to serve the customer,” says Josh Nowak, director of sales and marketing at Lancaster County Convention Center and Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square.

My dream event to attend is… a college football national championship.
