Vice President of Sales and Services, Wilmington and Beaches CVB
Wilmington, N.C.

John W. Sneed has more than 22 years of service industry management experience. His background in food service and meetings gives him the ability to anticipate the wants of attendees and needs of planners. Sneed has spent his career trying to not only move up, but also move closer to the ocean; in his current position, he has finally scored big time.

Career accomplishments:
Sneed has served on boards at the chapter level for three different organizations, as well as a position in which he represented a three-state region that encompassed Washington, D.C. He has been invited to speak to groups varying in size from 15 to 1,500 people. His most prized accomplishment is breaking sales records at every hotel and CVB for which he has ever worked.

Rave review:
“John truly believes in the value of personal relationships and getting to know our clients,” says Kim Hufham, president and CEO of Wilmington and Beaches CVB.
