Susan B. Smith has a career that began in computer hardware sales in Washington, D.C. After two and a half years, she decided computer sales was not her thing, so she traveled throughout Europe for four months. When she returned to reality, she followed her passion for travel and began working for an international event, Hyatt Hotels and now at meetNKY | Northern Kentucky CVB. As an avid adventurer, she believes in the power of new experiences.

Career Accomplishments Smith is an avid learner—she has her CMP, CASE and CTA, and got her PDM last year. Time will tell what’s next! Smith is motivated to learn so she can be as helpful to her clients as possible. More than just rates, dates and space, she wants to have total understanding of the much bigger picture.
