Artist to Know: All Sons & Daughters

By Natalie Dupuis, September 7, 2016

The duo All Sons & Daughters, made up of singer-songwriters Leslie Jordan and David Leonard, is based at Franklin, Tennessee’s Journey Church, but they also tour the world sharing their music. Fans of the pair may know their hits “Brokenness Aside” and “All the Poor and Powerless,” and they love their unruffled, warm and honest sound. Theology buffs can be excited about the September release of their upcoming album “Poets & Saints,” a project in combination with pastor Jamie George, who wrote a companion book and study curriculum about the specific Christians in history God used to change the world.

Poets & Saints” is All Sons and Daughters’ fourth full-length album and is inspired by the lives of world changers like John Newton, C.S. Lewis, George MacDonald and St. Augustine.
