Blood runs thicker than—ahem—money, or at least it did for attendees of Untold Festival in Transylvania, which granted free one-day passes to festivalgoers in exchange for their blood. The four-day music fest, which gathered more than 240,000 people to Ursus Untold Arena in Romania, encouraged attendees to donate their blood to participating centers in the weeks leading up to the event.

Translate this concept to your event by partnering with organizations like American Red Cross, which can bring transfusion trucks to your conference location for on-site donations; or offer discounted registration to members who present documentation of a recent blood donation.
