Russian confectioner Olga Noskova championed the craze earlier this year when her glossy sweet treats took over Instagram and satisfied OCD tendencies everywhere. Ask the pastry chef on your catering team to get the look by using a mixture of powdered gelatin, water, sugar and sweetened condensed milk.
