Two clients requested pricing for almost identical situations: a 500-person conference including AV, stage design, meeting room decor and graphics, as well as PowerPoint template design, special event design and decor for an awards banquet. Each needed production support—including a show caller, technical director and production manager—in addition to post-con video editing.
