By Rejuvenate Staff, February 19, 2014

After a $20 million renovation, the Radisson Warwick hotel in Philadelphia became a Radisson Blu property in 2013. The renovation included a redesign of all 301 guest rooms and corridors, a new Business Class floor with a private lounge, as well as an update to the hotel’s grand lobby to reflect the brand’s contemporary style while maintaining the charm and heritage of the landmark hotel.

The hotel is located in the Rittenhouse Square district of Philadelphia. More than 17,000 square feet of event space is available as well as nine flexible meeting rooms. The new Business Class rooms provide upgraded features and services including early check-in, new bathroom amenities, turndown service and access to the Business Class lounge, which serves complimentary breakfast and evening refreshments. The new lobby includes pendant lighting and a feature rug of black and white text in the entrance lobby, complementing two large art installations on both bookend walls that encompass two restored fireplaces. Philadelphia-centered art is displayed throughout the corridors and on the headboards in each guest room, highlighting the hotel’s historic connection to the city. A variety of guest rooms are available, all with free wireless Internet. Executive rooms have Nespresso machines, complimentary bottled water and added bathroom amenities.
