The 330-room Hyatt Regency Princeton (New Jersey), five minutes from Princeton University, unveiled a 12,000-sq.-ft. meeting wing after completing renovations in October 2013, bringing the hotel’s total event space to 32,000 square feet.

The new meeting wing has high ceilings and abundant natural light in 11 new meeting rooms, including the 4,300-sq.-ft. Junior Ballroom. The hotel has 30 meeting rooms total. The 9,306-sq.-ft. Regency Ballroom is the largest and can hold 1,500 for receptions. Breakout rooms supplement the boardrooms for smaller meetings and sessions. Meeting rooms have both wired and wireless Internet access.

A complimentary shuttle offers rides anywhere within five miles of the property. The indoor heated pool has an adjoining outdoor lounge, and the adjacent 24-hour fitness center includes a tennis court. For attendees seeking outdoor activities, the hotel provides maps of jogging and walking trails in the area. There are also a number of family-friendly options in close proximity to the hotel, including Six Flags Great Adventure theme park, Sesame Place and the boardwalk of the New Jersey beaches. The hotel is one mile from Princeton Junction train station.
